Steady (runsteady.fit) is an AI-powered running and Hyrox coaching web app. These terms govern your use of the service. By signing up, you agree to them.
Steady is currently in private beta. The service is provided as-is. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice. No service level agreement applies during the beta period. We make no guarantees about uptime, data persistence, or continuity of access.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Steady. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Steady provides AI-generated coaching guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified health professional before starting a new exercise programme, particularly if you have any existing medical conditions. Stop exercising and seek medical attention immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or any other concerning symptom. Steady accepts no liability for injury or health outcomes arising from following AI-generated coaching guidance.
Coaching feedback and training plans are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate or appropriate for your individual circumstances. Steady is designed to support self-coached athletes — it is not a replacement for professional coaching. Use your own judgement. If any recommendation feels wrong for your body or situation, do not follow it.
During the private beta, access to Steady is free by invitation. After the beta period ends, continued use will require a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. Beta testers will receive advance notice before any billing begins. Subscriptions are cancellable at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods once a paid subscription is active.
You own your training data. By uploading data to Steady, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it for the purpose of providing coaching services. We make no ownership claim over your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Steady and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or loss of revenue. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of Steady after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Steady shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
